I’m certain that I am not the only person in Texas who has a tough time walking away from work at the end of the day. There are tons of people that deal with this same issue but want to do a better job of leaving work at work, it’s more difficult than you would think. I feel very fortunate to have a job that I truly enjoy but that is another reason why I continue to look at emails at all hours of the day. So, what are some things that you can do to help you destress and relax after a long workday? 

Obviously, I don’t have all the answers or else I would be doing a better job of balancing this within my own life. The Biggest Thing to Remember 

If you want to de-stress after a long workday remember that it takes practice and persistence. Doing something one time is not going to fix your problem. I work long hours each day, so I am trying to leave work earlier, but I know this is something that I will need to make this a routine. So, try to stay consistent with your changes.
