Gun Sales Might Be Down in America But Not So Much In Texas
Texas set a few gun sales records in 2021. As we round out the first quarter of 2022, gun sales across America are down drastically 42.6% for January and February. That is not necessarily the case in the Lone Star State.
While sales are down in Texas, we are only off by 19%, and the number of guns sold. In the first two months of the year so far, Texas is at 267,878 sold according to Wall Street 24/7 report.
But the year is just starting off and tax returns are starting to come in. Nonetheless, gun show promoters say they're having a tough time finding dealers who have gun inventory for sale to set up at shows. Just like the ammo shortage, this too shall pass.

The show is Saturday and Sunday, March 19th and 20th at the Abilene Convention Center. The cost to get in is only $7 for persons 13 and up while children 12 and under get in free.
As the weather starts to warm up so are the amount of Gun and Knife Shows coming to Abilene. We are scheduled to have at least six more shows coming to the Key City in March, May, June, August October, and December.
This month at the Abilene Convention Center 1100 North 6th Street, it's the Texas Gun and Knife Show Saturday, May 21, and Sunday, May 22. Janis Hill show promoter for the Abilene Gun and Knife Show says "we need more vendors, vendors with ammo and guns because we still have at least a dozen more tables to fill."
At This Show, You'll Find Guns, Knives, Concealed Carry Purses, Clothing, and More
Although I do like the name of this event, I firmly believe that it should be called the Texas Gun and "TRADE" show because of the wide variety of goods sold at these shows nowadays. I saw concealed carry underwear, clothing, girdles (for both men and women), and purses.
So, if you're looking for that one-of-a-kind firearm, that special purse, belt, or ammo, this show is the one to be at. Keep in mind that Mother's Day and Father's Day are just around the corner. Get that special person that hunting rifle, shotgun, pistol, purse or ammo they've been wanting. My advice is to "wear comfortable shoes" because there s a lot to see at theTexas Gun & Knife Show."
