Carrie Underwood worked the Golden Globes red carpet in a delectable pink Iris Serban gown on Sunday night (Jan. 8). The ruffled, sleeveless, full-length gown featured a sheer strip at the abdomen, but really all anyone is talking about are those flowers.

The singer told Entertainment Tonight before the show that she loved the pink gown, adding that it was elegant and feminine. She actually didn't see her dress until the night before the 2017 Golden Globes in Beverly Hills. Underwood admits her fitting came on Saturday night, but her invite to present at the show also came later than expected.

Hollywood Life reports that Underwood matched her pink dress with a pair of Yoko London pearl and diamond earrings and ring. She was walking the red carpet solo, as husband Mike Fisher is in the middle of the NHL hockey season. Reaction to the gown was mixed, with some praising her look and others comparing her to a cake.

At the 2017 Golden Globe Awards, Underwood presented Best Original Song and Best Original Score. She's currently taking a break from touring, and all indications are that this year will be a slower year than last year. Her most recent album is Storyteller, released in 2015. "Dirty Laundry" is her current single, the fourth from her fifth studio album.
