What Should be the Official Drink for Cinco De Mayo? [POLL]

As Cinco De Mayo approaches, I am wondering, is there an official drink to celebrate the holiday? I know that I will celebrate with some authentic Mexican food like menudo, enchiladas, chips and hot salsa.
