Whatever Happened to Rider Strong From ‘Boy Meets World’?

Then: Strong played Ben Savage’s better-haired best friend Shawn on the long-runnning ’90s coming-of-age sitcom ‘Boy Meets World.’ And unlike those middle-aged heartthrobs over on ’90210,’ Strong was actually about the age of the character he played.

Now: Strong has worked steadily since his ‘Boy Meets World’ days as a TV, film and voice actor.  (You might remember him as “Chick” on the short-lived drama ‘Pepper Dennis.’) He’s also written and directed a pair of short films with his brother, actor Shilo Strong. On top of all that, Strong was able to both graduate magna cum lauda from Columbia with a degree in English and pick up a Masters of Fine Arts from Bennington College.
