Since 2009, National Margarita Day has been celebrated annually on February 22nd. So, whether you like it frozen or on the rocks, this is a day we should all celebrate. You know, because, tequila.

There are numerous origin stories of the margarita, but does it really matter after you've had your first three?

5 Ways to Celebrate National Margarita Day

Obviously, as long as you're celebrating National Margarita Day, then you're good to go. However, allow me to introduce you to a margarita-hybrid that just might be the focus of your National Margarita Day celebration.

It's called The Beerrita and super simple to make.

Pour (1) 12 ounce can of frozen limeade concentrate into a beer pitcher. Using the empty limeade can, fill it with tequila and pour it into a large pitcher. If you're feeling froggy, you can add a 2nd can of tequila. Finally, pour 3 beers (preferably Mexican lager) into the pitcher and mix.
