Country and Americana star Margo Price is pregnant! The singer shared the good news with fans onstage at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., on Tuesday evening (Nov. 20) while opening for her label head and longtime friend and collaborator, Jack White.

"I've been hiding something behind my guitar," Price told the audience during her set. "We're expecting a baby this May."

The new addition to her family will be Price's third child with her husband and fellow performer Jeremy Ivey. In 2010, the singer gave birth to twins Ezra and Judah, but Ezra died in infancy as a result of a heart condition.

Price has since spoken out about the loss of her child, addressing Ezra's death in the lyrics of "Hands of Time," the lead-off track of her 2016 debut album, Midwest Farmer's Daughter. Early in 2018, she also discussed the aftermath of losing a child with People, including a stint of heavy drinking that led to a DUI and three days in Nashville's Davidson County jail, which in turn provided the subject matter for another track on her studio debut, "Weekender."

Recently, Price made appearances at Farm Aid 2018 and AmericanaFest, where she notched nominations for Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (for "A Little Pain," off of her sophomore album, All American Made) and Album of the Year (also for All American Made)  at the 2018 Americana Awards.

Looking ahead, the singer has a busy calendar filled with concert and festival dates in 2019. Among other appearances, she will headline an all-female lineup at Brandi Carlile's inaugural 2019 Girls Just Wanna Weekend in Riviera Maya, Mexico in February of 2019.
