Forget going all the way to Disney to get married in a castle, you can do it right here in Texas. Who knew Texas had its very own magic castle, Parson's Castle? You can make just about anything happen at this castle. You can get married, have a reception, a graduation, or a family reunion. This amazing castle is located about four hours and forty minutes from Midland in Clifton, near Waco.

Most little girls at some point in their lives have dreamed of getting married in a castle. About 10 years ago, I got the opportunity to tour Cinderella's wedding venue at Walt Disney World and it re-ignited my dream of a fairy tale wedding.

Parson's Castle is a five-story castle located atop a cliff that overlooks Lake Whitney. It opened in 2018 and it now offering booking through 2024. Parson's Castle sits on 2.3 acres and has 11,500 sqft of venue space, 1,590 sqft guest house, 475 sqft pool, private hot tub, bridal suite, groom dressing room, and so much more. It is one of the only castles in Texas. The owners spent over 10 years designing and building this amazing venue. The ballroom by itself is 3,000 square feet. The grounds offer multiple gazebos and the front is complete with a moat and a draw bridge. Guests can also enjoy a private pool.    Parson's Castle
