National Food Show Roadshow Heading to Woodway Restaurant

Woodway’s dining scene is preparing for a national spotlight as the team behind America’s Best Restaurants (ABR) plans an upcoming filming stop at Hilltop Tavern. The ABR Roadshow, travels across the country to feature standout independent restaurants. According to Fox 44, the Tuesday, November 3 visit will capture the restaurant’s vibe during an interview with co-owner Tiffany Fatheree.

Culinary Enterprise with Top-Tier Chef Talent

Hilltop Tavern represents one part of an expanding group dedicated to high-quality cooking, warm service, and family-oriented dining. The family-owned business launched its first restaurant, Butcher’s Cellar, in May 2024, followed by Hilltop Tavern in November 2025 and Scratch House Catering & Events in March 2026.

The Force Behind the Food

The culinary engines behind the restaurants include Hell’s Kitchen veterans Alejandro Najar and Alyssa Osinga alongside chef Chris Oliver. I visited the Butcher's Cellar in September for my anniversary dinner and I was blown away. The steak was perfectly cooked, the atmosphere was relaxing, and our server was one of the best I've ever seen. The blue cheese wedge salad was presented in an entirely different way, and I was immediately obsessed. Order it. You will thank me!

The Décor Sets the Mood

Co-owner Matt Fatheree personally directed the interior design and styling of Hilltop Tavern to establish an inviting, neighborhood-focused gathering spot. I have not been to Hilltop Tavern, but I have been to the Butcher's Cellar, and the decor was one of my favorite things about the place. It is vintage combined with humor, especially in the bathrooms. You have to see it. lol
