The 'Rough And Rowdy Ways' tour will begin March 21 in Omaha, Nebraska, and wrap up May 1 at the Abilene Auditorium in Abilene. Dylan is embarking on a 27-city tour, which includes a stop in Tyler on April 29 at the UT Tyler Cowan Center.
