If you're a frequent flyer, you know how bad certain airports are at getting you to your gate on time. We have always been told two hours before your departure time should be plenty of time for you and your bags to get through security. According to this survey, you need to get to some airports even earlier than that.

George Bush Intercontinental Named Longest Airport Wait in the Country

For anyone that flies out of Houston. Your biggest airport is George Bush Intercontinental, the second biggest airport in the state. Turn out the experts say you will want to be at the airport 3 hours, 20 minutes before your flight. Which sound absolutely ridiculous, but the folks at Upgraded Points did the math.
