Perhaps the most well-known haunted road in Texas is Bragg Road, also known as Ghost Road, in Saratoga. It's known for mysterious ghost lights, which appear as floating orbs that move along the roadway. Many think that these lights are the spirits of lost travelers or settlers from the area. Others take a more scientific approach and think they could be the result of swamp gas or other natural occurrence.

Another haunted road in Texas is El Camino Real, also known as the Old San Antonio Road. This trail is said to be haunted by the spirit of a headless horseman, who is believed to be a Spanish soldier decapitated by Native Americans. If you travel this road you may encounter a headless figure riding along the trail. Listen carefully and you might even hear the sounds of galloping hooves.
