The 5th Annual Heroes 4 a Cause Car Show is happening Saturday, September 12, from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Mall of Abilene, and this one is all about cool cars helping a great cause.

Heroes 4 a Cause Benefits Hendrick Children’s Hospital

I recently had Leslie from Auto Spa and Amber from Cancer Services Network, the folks behind Heroes 4 a Cause, stop by the studio to talk about this year's show, which benefits Hendrick Children’s Hospital.

That's really what makes this event special. Sure, I'm a car guy, so you don't have to twist my arm too hard to get me around a parking lot full of sweet rides. But when those cars are also helping kids and families right here in our community, that's a win all the way around.

Cars, Awards And Plenty To Check Out

The show will feature Top 30 awards, Best in Show, and the Heroes Choice award, along with club participation. Whether you've got a classic, muscle car, truck, custom ride, or something you're just damn proud of, bring it out.

Registration is $20, and you can pre-register through the Heroes 4 a Cause website.

The show takes place at the Mall of Abilene, 4301 Buffalo Gap Road.
