1950s country-pop singer Bonnie Guitar has died at the age of 95. Born Bonnie Buckingham in 1923, Guitar recorded a number of country songs, including the crossover hit "Dark Moon," and co-founded the now-defunct Dolton Records, which served as the label home for the Fleetwoods. "With heavy hearts our beloved Bonnie Guitar passed away peacefully this morning," her family announced on Facebook on Sunday (Jan. 13). "The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for love and support during this difficult time." Details for Guitar's funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.

Rory Feek's Civil War film Finding Josephine will be available at Walmart stores beginning on Feb. 5. Based on letters between a Civil War soldier and his wife, found by Feek in his 150-year-old home, the film shares its title and subject with with "Josephine," a song recorded by Feek and his late wife Joey. Feek first screened Finding Josephine, which tells the story of a woman who posed as a man to fight in the Civil War in order to find her missing husband, at the 2016 Nashville Film Festival.

The Zac Brown Band, Toby Keith and Keith Urban are set to headline the 2019 Faster Horses Festival. Set for July 19-21 in Brooklyn, Mich., the festival will also feature performances from the Brothers Osborne, Morgan Evans, Maren Morris, Dylan Scott, Kip Moore, Randy Houser, Cassadee Pope, Lindsay Ell, Danielle Bradbery and more country artists. Tickets for the seventh annual Faster Horses Festival will be on sale starting at 10AM ET on Jan. 25 via the fest's website.
