Abilene and Wylie ISD are both currently closed, due to coronavirus, but are offering free meals for needy students.

Abilene ISD is providing free breakfast and lunch for all children 18 and under, whether they qualify for free or reduced meals or not.

Breakfast will contain milk, cereal, and juice and will be served 7am-9am. Lunch will be a ham and cheese sandwich, individually packaged carrots and apples, and milk and will be served from 11am-1pm.

These locations will serve breakfast and lunch:

  • Martinez Elementary School at 1250 Merchant St
  • Johnston Elementary School at 3633 N 14th St
  • Bowie Elementary School at 2034 Jeanette St
  • Clack Middle School at 1610 Corsicana Ave
  • Craig Middle School at 702 S Judge Ely Blvd
  • Madison Middle School at 3145 Barrow St
  • Mann Middle School at 2545 Mimosa Dr

Wylie ISD will be offering free breakfast and lunch, Wednesday through Friday, at Wylie West Junior High at 4134 Beltway South. Breakfast will be served 7:30am-8:30am and lunch from 11:30am-1pm.

Only students in the vehicle, during pickup, will be allowed the free breakfast or lunch.
