This year has been a particularly good one for up-and-comers Waterloo Revival, both personally and professionally. The duo's George Birge announced on Wednesday (Dec. 12) that he and his wife are expecting their second child.

"We've got a LOT to be thankful for this year," he noted on social media. "The lord blessed us with another baby coming 2019! Party of 4."

The couple are already parents to son George James Birge, who will be celebrating his second birthday on Jan. 17. "We started our little family today," Birge wrote on Facebook back in 2017. "Welcome to the world George James Birge you made us the happiest people in the world today!"

Waterloo Revival originally hail from Austin, and they self-released two EPs, Little Lightning and Front Row, before signing with Big Machine Label Group, where they released two singles, "Hit the Road" and "Bad for You." They moved over to Toby Keith's Show Dog-Universal Music label in 2016, releasing a song titled "What Guy Wouldn't." They have a new release, the Wonder Woman EP, which is currently available across various digital music platforms.
