Harris has been sought by law enforcement since late February when it is believed he was involved in a capital murder by terror threat and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Harris's previous charges include additional unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, which is often more commonly referred to as stealing a car.

At this time, it is unknown where Harris was last seen, but given his young age and previous criminal activity, it is very likely he is still somewhere within the Bexar County area. His criminal network is probably limited to a small area at this time, so keeping alert with a watchful eye is the best advice.
