None other than H-E-B. The company has set a record, one that has been recognized worldwide by none other than Guinness.

H-E-B's Central Market Now Holds The World Record For This

As revealed by MySA, H-E-B's Central Market In Austin, Texas was celebrating their 30th anniversary. To celebrate in style, they decided to attempt and break a world record set in the state of Florida. The record involved none other than charcuterie boards.

MySA stated that the store set out on a mission to dethrone the record, which was 769 pounds and measured 20 by 14 feet. The challenge itself took 14 people and 22 hours, as stated by MySA.

Following the extended effort, the record was surpassed by the store on September 11th, 2024. The final statistics for the board, as reported by MySA, was 12 by 24 foot board, weighing a total of 1,032.024 pounds!

Of course, to make sure everything was done correctly, Experts from the Guinness World Records monitored the creation of it. Also, all of food used for the board, was given to the Central Texas Food Bank to be eaten.

Once again, the Lone Star State has found itself in the nation's spotlight. Congrats to Central Market in Austin!
