A 30-year-old woman from Texas, identified as Tameria Barnett, is facing serious legal issues after allegedly causing life-threatening injuries to a four-year-old girl who she was responsible for caring for, as reported by Dayton Daily Magazine.

TEXAS WOMAN IS IN DEEP WATERS AFTER A FOUR-YEAR-OLD IS HOSPITALIZED

The innocent child is currently in critical condition and fighting for her life, while her mother is unfortunately incarcerated. Tameria Barnett has been charged with child injury following the child's hospitalization in September 2004 for severe injuries sustained on November 26th. Hospital officials alerted law enforcement upon recognizing that the child's injuries were not only life-threatening but also suggested signs of prolonged abuse.

The four-year-old has been transferred to a children’s hospital for urgent care and is currently in serious but stable condition.
