On December 23rd, 2024 Wichita Falls police were called out for gunshots in the 1200 block of Santa Barbara Drive around midnight. When police showed up to investigate, they were informed that O’Von Rayshawn Washington was in the backyard of a residence he was barred from entering. Police then escorted him off of the property and that is when things took a turn.

While Mr. Washington was in the front of the property he was barred from entering. He allegedly told one of the officers there if she "wanted to f***?" He then said he was going to pull his pants down and show him his...you can fill in the blanks yourself here. Now saying these things and actually doing them are two different things. According to the officer's on the scene, Mr. Washington pulled his pants down and exposed himself.

Mr. Washington Has a Lengthy Arrest Record

According to KFDX, O’Von Rayshawn Washington has 27 arrests since 2008. He was arrested and charged this week with indecent exposure. Since he was officially arrested on Christmas Eve, this goes into the list of strange Christmas arrests in Wichita Falls history.
