(KNUE-FM) I’m a firm believer that pets make life better here in Texas. While I’m more of a dog fan, it’s not because I don’t like cats. I’ve just never had the same connection to a cat that I have made with a dog. But I will admit that many cats are adorable beyond belief. I can totally understand why many people choose cats as a pet for their family.

It’s not just you and me; most people love pets and that is shown by the fact that 15% of all web traffic in 2013 was cat-related. It’s hilarious to see the personality and attitude come out when a cat wants to play or just show you that they’re not in a good mood. I’ve watched countless hours of cats knocking things off a desk or shelf with that ‘not a care in the world’ look. It’s so funny.
