This Texas Town Has One of America’s Most Over-the-Top Christmas Displays
(KNUE-FM) It’s crazy to think that it’s almost time for the holidays here in Texas, it’s going to be Thanksgiving, then Christmas before we know it. While things might be a little tight this year, it really is the most wonderful time of the year.
There is nothing better than driving around the Lone Star State and seeing all the houses lit up with lights, and decorations and inflatables out on the lawn. It’s always fun as we get closer to the holidays to go on adventures to see all the Christmas lights and decorations. As we know, everything is bigger in Texas—including some of the Christmas displays!
Why Texans Love Going Big for Christmas
It’s mind-blowing to see some of the time and effort that goes into the displays around Texas but celebrating the season isn’t only limited to the Lone Star State. It’s also fun to see how other states truly embrace the season and put on massive displays.

Over-the-Top Holiday Displays From Across America
Our friends at Stacker came up with a list of some of the most over the top Christmas displays across America and I loved seeing the list of places and just how big their displays are for the holidays. Even if you can’t visit all of these places, you might want to grab a cup of hot cocoa and pull up a YouTube video to see what those displays look like in person.

One Texas Town Makes the List
As you can tell, I am excited for the upcoming holiday season. And to help you get excited for it too, let’s take a look at the most over-the-top Christmas displays from across America, with one being right here in Texas.
