I'm a guy who enjoys great food. Whether home-cooked or out on the town, a delicious meal hits the spot. From barbecue to chili, Texas has some of the best food and drink out there. I think that's one of the reasons food trucks are so popular nowadays. Texans know good food.
But not just any food. According to an article from All Recipies, the Lone Star State has flavors we call our own. After all, I've never heard of too many northerners sitting down to a plate of calf fries or rattlesnake. It's a Texas thing. But where does it all start?
