These Abilene Shelter Dogs Are Running Out of Time and Waiting for Someone Like You
Every week, I look through the urgent dogs at All Kind Animal Initiative in Texas and immediately want to bring half of them home. Then I remember I already have dogs, responsibilities, and a wife who would probably notice an entire canine starting lineup in the living room.
Still, these pups desperately need somebody to step up. And that somebody could be you!
Brodey Could Be Your New Couch Buddy
Brodey is a 2-year-old Shar Pei-Terrier mix who sounds like an absolute sweetheart. He’s laid-back, potty trained, good with cats, and perfectly happy hanging out on the couch. Honestly, Brodey already has adulting figured out better than most of us.
Maple Is Ready for an Abilene Adventure
If you prefer a dog with a little more horsepower, meet Maple. This 2-year-old Cattle Dog-Terrier mix is energetic, loyal, and loves playing in the water. She may be shy at first, but give her some patience and her playful personality will come roaring out.
