Clint Black joined the country music scene in 1989. It's been said that Clint showed up at the record label president's office during Black's lunch break with his guitar and a beer-box full of cassette tapes with all the songs he'd written.

The rest is music video history. Clint's first album was "Killin' Time" and it produced four No.1's on "Billboard's Hot 100" and got Black nominated for several awards that year.
